  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • salt & pepper to taste


  • Grind garlic with a pinch of salt until it has a paste-like consistency. Then add lemon juice, a pinch of lemon zest, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix well until all ingredients are emulsified. Then add the plain yogurt and finely chopped dill. As I already told I use plain Greek yogurt from a local manufacturer, with 3,5% fat. Season with some pepper to taste to give the sauce a little bit more richness and mix until evenly distributed.
