Delicious Lemon Sauce with Yogurt
A delicious Lemon sauce with yogurt adds flavor to any dish, either your choice falls on a vegetarian dish or not!
Servings: 4 servings
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp lemon zest
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- salt & pepper to taste
Grind garlic with a pinch of salt until it has a paste-like consistency. Then add lemon juice, a pinch of lemon zest, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix well until all ingredients are emulsified. Then add the plain yogurt and finely chopped dill. As I already told I use plain Greek yogurt from a local manufacturer, with 3,5% fat. Season with some pepper to taste to give the sauce a little bit more richness and mix until evenly distributed.
