Delicious Pulled Chicken Burger
Pulled or shredded chicken added to homemade burgers is full of flavours, healthy ingredients, and can be assembled any time of the year. These easy to make burgers are a great option for dinner night parties or simply savoured in the family.
- 2 boneless chicken thighs
- 3 hamburger buns
- 3 slices of cheese
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cucumber pickles
- some greenies
Take your hamburger buns, cut halves and grease some buffalo sauce.
Take a small bowl and mix mayo with pulled chicken and 1 clove of garlic. Start layering the burger adding chicken meat mixture over one half of the bun. Add some greenies, cheese, cucumber pickles and carrot. Top the half-cut bun and serve with some french fries or potato balls.
Making shredded chicken burgers at home is a simple fun.
