Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken thighs  boneless and skinless
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp flour

Instructions

  • To prepare sesame sauce combine ingredients in a medium bowl or a jar: ⅓ cup of soy sauce, 3 tbsp toasted sesame oil, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp fish sauce, 1tsp rice vinegar, ½ tsp of chili flakes and ⅓ cup sesame seeds.
  • Grab 2 lbs boneless and skinless chicken thighs and divide it into chunks. Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp of grated ginger and 4 minced garlic. Saute them some minutes and add in the chicken chunks. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of flour and stir to combine. For the tastier results, deep-fry chicken. When you see the meat is golden brown color, pour the sauce and mix gently to coat the chicken chunks. Let it simmer until thickened for about 3-4 minutes. The sauce will become sticky and will coat savory chicken.
  • Transfer chicken from the skillet over rice or noodles, garnish with some fresh spring onion and extra sesame seeds.
