Instant Pot Basmati Rice
Quick and easy to make one of the fluffy and grain distinct Instant Pot Basmati Rice. Try this method and you will never boil Basmati rice again.
- 2 cups Basmati rice
- 4 cups water
Turn on the Instant Pot and start pouring water and add the rice. Close the lid and pressure cook at High Pressure for 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat. Release the remaining pressure. Open the lid. Remove the pot with the rice and let it rest covered for 5-10 minutes to obtain fluffy and smooth basmati rice.
Serve it next to any meat or fish.
