Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 peaches
  • 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tbsp unsulted butter
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

For caramelized almonds:

  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  • Grab 3 peaches wash and dry them with a paper towel. Then cut them in halves and pit them.
  • Then heat a grill pan, greased with a tablespoon of unsalted butter. When you see the pan hot, sprinkle one teaspoon of brown sugar and add peach halves with the cut-side down. Grill peaches for about 5 minutes until they are tender and the sugar is caramelized. Now add a splash of rum if desired.
  • When done, transfer to a plate and leave them rest for two minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream and a generous sprinkle with grind almonds.
