Savory Coconut Keto Fat Bombs

Coconut keto fat bombs are some bites of heaven even if you are on a strict diet. These homemade Raffaello balls are super delicious, at the same time creamy and crispy and full of coconut flavor.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • cup coconut butter
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup

Instructions

  • Toast almond nuts and set aside to cool completely.
  • Mix in a food processor (or electric mixer) ½ cup of shredded coconut, ⅓ cup of coconut butter, and 1 tbsp of agave syrup. Pulse until smooth.
  • Transfer smooth mixture into a bowl. Grab a dollop of the coconut mixture in your palms and flatten it a little. Put one almond inside and roll into balls. Then, toss the balls in extra shredded coconut. Arrange the balls on a plate or onto a paper-lined baking sheet. Send them to chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with pleasure as a snack, dessert, or treat!
