  • 6 chicken legs
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 Rosemary sprigs
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • Preheat oven at 200° C or 400° F.
  • Take a baking tray and lay some baking sheet.
  • Marinate the chicken legs in all the herbs for about 15 minutes.
  • Arrange chicken legs out in a single layer and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown with nice crispy skin.
  • Serve immediately next to any garniture.
