  • 2 avocados
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch paprika


  • Cut halves the avocados, throw the seeds and fill with fresh eggs.
  • Preheat the oven at 180 °C (350 °F).
  • Take a baking pan, put avocados with the skin-side-down and bake 13 minutes if you want them hard.
  • Garnish with some chopped chives or spring onions.
  • Serve immediately with a slice of fresh baguette.
