Roasted Garlic Zucchini with Parmesan
Roasted garlic zucchini makes a great side dish to any meal. Crispy, soft, and tender zucchini sticks roasted in the oven makes it one of the best side dishes on the table.
- 2 zucchini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp herbs
- 2 tsp parmesan
- 3 cloves garlic
Preheat the oven at 180°C (350 °F).
Wash the zucchini and cut sticks.
Toss in olive oil, herbs, garlic powder.
Take a baking tray and lay parchment paper.
Put the zucchini sticks and top some grated parmesan and 3 cloves of garlic.
Bake 15 minutes until soft and crispy.
Serve immediately as a great side dish.
