Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Roasted cauliflower is an easy and simple side dish with an amazing bursting flavor. This recipe is customizable with any of your favorite seasonings and perfectly matches with everything.

Equipment

  • Large cutting board
  • baking pan
  • parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven at 220 °C ( 425°F).
  • Wash the cauliflower with water, cut big slices, and then, dry thoroughly. 
  • Toss the cauliflower in olive oil, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and some pepper flakes.
  • Lay the veggie on the baking tray on some parchment paper.
  • Bake 15 minutes.
  • Add parmesan on top, and bake for 2 minutes more.
  • Serve immediately next to other dishes.
