Ingredients

  • 3 tortillas
  • 2 small canned tuna
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 iceberg lettuce leaves
  • dill
  • 1 pinch salt

for dressing

  • home-made mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Take a saucepan and boil some water for 3 eggs.
  • Boil the eggs 6 minutes to have hard-boiled eggs.
  • Take a large cutting and cut the avocado, the onion, the eggs, and the iceberg lettuce leaves.
  • Start the filling: take three tortillas and start laying the filling.
  • Add the iceberg lettuce, avocado, anion, tuna, eggs, some seasoning.
  • Pour the dressing over the mixture and serve immediately.
