Broccoli Salad with Creamy Avocado
A light but nutritious salad with broccoli, avocados, onions and sweet tomatoes is a tasty and healthy dish that will complement any meal.
Large cutting board
- 1 broccoli
- 2 avocado
- 1/2 red onion
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 3 tsp olive oil
Take a skillet and simmer for 4-5 minutes the broccoli with 3-4 tbsp of soy sauce.
Meanwhile cut the red onion, the tomatoes, and the riped avocados.
Toss gently all the ingredients and season with a pinch of salt, pepper, tossed sesame oil and olive oil.
Serve immediately or wait until the broccoli cools down.
