A light but nutritious salad with broccoli, avocados, onions and sweet tomatoes is a tasty and healthy dish that will complement any meal.

  • 1 broccoli
  • 2 avocado
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 3 tsp olive oil


  • Take a skillet and simmer for 4-5 minutes the broccoli with 3-4 tbsp of soy sauce.
  • Meanwhile cut the red onion, the tomatoes, and the riped avocados.
  • Toss gently all the ingredients and season with a pinch of salt, pepper, tossed sesame oil and olive oil.
  • Serve immediately or wait until the broccoli cools down.
