Creamy Chicken Mushroom
This Chicken Mushroom recipe made in a thick and garlic creamy sauce loaded with flavors will wow your family-dinner time. Ready in just 30 minutes, deliciously tasty, and surprisingly low in calories is a must try dish.
Large cutting board
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 pack heavy cream
- 1/2 glass white wine
- 4 tbs butter
- 12 oz mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic
In a heated skillet add 2 tsp of butter and one clove of minced garlic and fry the mushrooms.
Fry the mushrooms about 7-10 minutes. Set aside.
Fry the chicken thighs until they are golden brown to perfection. Fry about 10 minutes on each side. It depends on what type of chicken you are making.
Cut the thighs in small portions.
Return the chicken and the mushrooms into the skillet and pour over the cream with 2 more cloves of garlic and fry at a medium heat for no more than 7 minutes
Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with some cilantro.
