Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 pack heavy cream
  • 1/2 glass white wine
  • 4 tbs butter
  • 12 oz mushrooms
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • cilantro

Instructions

  • In a heated skillet add 2 tsp of butter and one clove of minced garlic and fry the mushrooms.
  • Fry the mushrooms about 7-10 minutes. Set aside.
  • Fry the chicken thighs until they are golden brown to perfection. Fry about 10 minutes on each side. It depends on what type of chicken you are making.
  • Cut the thighs in small portions.
  • Return the chicken and the mushrooms into the skillet and pour over the cream with 2 more cloves of garlic and fry at a medium heat for no more than 7 minutes
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with some cilantro.
