Ingredients

  • 2 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 3.5 oz butter
  • 3.5 oz sugar
  • 6 oz flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven at 350 ̊F.
  • Mash 2 ripe bananas.
  • In a bowl, mix 100 gr. of unsalted melted butter with 100 gr. of sugar.
  • Add 2 eggs, one by one, and mashed bananas.
  • Add to the mixture 170 gr. of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, nuts a pinch of salt, and vanilla.
  • In a tray pour all the mixture and bake for about 40 minutes.
  • When the banana bread turns brown insert a toothpick in the center of the loaf and if it comes out clean, then your bread is ready.
  • Leave to rest about until cools down.
  • Serve with a small butter over it for a delicious taste.
