Pasta Salad with Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pasta
  • 2 celery stalks
  • cherry tomatoes
  • parsley
  • black olives
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas
  • cucumber

for the Ranch Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • dried dill
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Take a saucepan and, in the boiling water, add a pinch of salt, followed by pasta.
  • Cook al dente.
  • Chop the veggies and set them aside.
  • Strain pasta and add pasta to a big bowl.
  • Take a small bowl and mix all ingredients for the ranch sauce.
  • Add the veggies and pour the dressing.
  • Mix gently and enjoy.
