Pasta Salad with Ranch Dressing
Pasta salad with an easy ranch dressing is simple to make and tasty to enjoy.
- 1 cup pasta
- 2 celery stalks
- cherry tomatoes
- black olives
- 1/2 cup chickpeas
for the Ranch Dressing:
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- lemon juice
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- dried dill
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Take a saucepan and, in the boiling water, add a pinch of salt, followed by pasta.
Cook al dente.
Chop the veggies and set them aside.
Strain pasta and add pasta to a big bowl.
Take a small bowl and mix all ingredients for the ranch sauce.
Add the veggies and pour the dressing.
Mix gently and enjoy.
