Chamomile lemon tea

Chamomile lemon tea offers a soft, sweet aroma and a whiff of citrus. The tang of lemon is fused with lemon to enliven the soothing chamomile.  The blend of the chamomile lemon tea with honey delivers mild yet fragrant floral notes and is such a feel-good drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp chamomile dry
  • 2 cups water hot/boiled
  • 2 slices lemon
  • 2 tsp honey natural

Instructions

  • Bring the water to a boil
  • Put chamomile in a mug, add lemon and crush it to squeeze the juices
  • Pour the hot water over the chamomile and lemon
  • Cover mug with a small plate, let infuse for 3-4 minutes
  • Wait for additional 5 minutes then pour honey, stir
  • Serve hot or/and cold
