Dulce De Leche Waffle Cake

  • 10 sheets wafers
  • 8 oz unsalted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 20 oz dulce de leche 1 1/2 cans
  • 1 cup walnuts


  • Using a hand mixer beat the butter. Once you have it fluffy, add dulce de leche. Whip until these two ingredients combine well and dulce de leche soften. Now beat in the cream cheese and lemon zest.
  • Place one wafer sheet into a cake plate. Spread about 1/3 cup of dulce de leche cream over the wafer. Top with another wafer sheet, and repeat until you have 10 layers. Spread the last wafer and top with tosed and chopped walnuts.
  • Send the Dulce de leche waffle cake to chill overnight or at least for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator. Slice before serving. It is fabulous!
