30 min Air Fryer Ribs

Air fryer ribs are crispy delicious, coated in a delicious sauce, and cooked in only half an hour.  
If you have never tried to cook pork ribs in an air fryer, then this is the perfect recipe for you to start with! I give you my word that the ribs are very simple to make, yet, they taste like heaven.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2.5 pounds pork ribs 2 small baby back rib racks
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce

For marinade

  • 1 tbsp granulated garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard optional

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer for about 5-10 minutes at 375F
  • Half the rib rack
  • Place ribs in the basket, meat side down
  • Cook for 15 minutes at 375F
  • In a small bowl, mix ketchup with Worchestershire sauce
  • When 15 minutes expire, pull the basket and baste ribs with the sauce using a kitchen brush
  • Flip sides and baste with sauce again
  • Cook for another 10 minutes at the same temperature
  • Serve with pleasure
