Ingredients

  • 5 pork sausages
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes optional
  • 1/2 head broccoli chopped into small florets
  • 10 oz tortellini
  • 1 cup broth
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a large pan with high edges over medium heat. Meanwhile, remove the skin from the sausages and send them to the pan. With a spatula, break the meat up. If you crave this dish spicy, sprinkle some chili flakes. Stirring regular saute until the meat is crisp and golden brown around the edges.
  • Add broccoli and tortellini. Sprinkle some garlic powder and pour one cup of broth. Bring to a simmer, cover with a lid. Saute until broccoli and tortellini are cooked through and the liquid evaporates.
  • Stir in spinach and saute for two more minutes. Remove from the heat and sprinkle with a good amount of Parmesan cheese. Gently combine and taste for seasoning.
