Ingredients

  • 6 medium sausages
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 2 cans beans
  • 1/2 bulb fennel
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium bell pepper optional
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 handful coriander

Instructions

  • Set the "saute" regime on the instant pot, pour in one tablespoon of olive oil and when the preheating is done, add in the sausages
  • Use kitchen tongs to turn the sides of the sausages from time to time. Fry them for 10 minutes, then set them aside on a different plate
  • In the meantime, peel and chop the veggies
  • Change the program to "stew" and set the "low heat" for 20 minutes. Let the veggies saute for about 10 minutes, remember to stir occasionally
  • Then, pour in the canned tomatoes and stir again. Season with spices such as granulated garlic, paprika, and salt
  • Add the chopped fresh coriander and sautee everything for additional 5 minutes
  • Add in the fried sausages and the canned beans
  • Cook for another 5 minutes
  • Turn off the instant pot and serve with pleasure
