Ingredients

  • 1 lb cod fillets or 2 medium fillets
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika

Blue cheese sauce

  • 5 oz blue cheese
  • 10 oz heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup white dry wine
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Clean the fish fillet and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and granulated garlic
  • Let marinate for 10 minutes
  • Bake on a baking tray for 20-25 minutes at 350F

Blue cheese sauce

  • Heat heavy cream in a saucepan
  • Chop blue cheese and add it to the saucepan and mix
  • Wait until the cheese melts then pour in the wine
  • Mix well and season with pepper and taste for salt
