  • 3/4 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup mascarpone
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup espresso coffee

Instructions

  • To prepare the coffee yoghurt mousse, first, you need to make one express coffee. Add the sugar immediately to your hot coffee to dissolve it fully.
  • Whip the heavy cream and set aside.
  • Take your hand blender and mix mascarpone with Greek yoghurt. Pour coffee into the mixture and mix well until it has been incorporated and unified.
  • Add the whipped cream to the mixture and gently stir with a spatula.
  • Refrigerated the cream mousse until it is ready to be consumed.
  • Once you want to enjoy the coffee yoghurt mousse, start nicely to decorate the glasses—place at the bottom of the glass some crumbled biscuits and top over the yoghurt mousse cream. Garnish with chocolate chips or coffee beans and enjoy.
