Tomato feta salad is a refreshing, easy, and healthy salad you will ever make. Juicy and succulent tomatoes paired with creamy feta cheese and some shallots will make your salad full of flavors.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 pack tomatoes
  • 1/2 pack feta cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 shallot
  • 1 salt
  • 1 pepper
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Wash the tomatoes and wipe with a paper towel.
  • Take a wooden bowl and arrange the halves of the tomatoes.
  • Cut finely one clove of garlic, half of the shallot and overtop of tomatoes.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  • Crumble feta cheese over the top of the salad.
  • Serve next to the main course.
