Roasted Garlic Zucchini with Parmesan

Roasted garlic zucchini makes a great side dish to any meal. Crispy, soft, and tender zucchini sticks roasted in the oven makes it one of the best side dishes on the table.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp herbs
  • 2 tsp parmesan
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven at 180°C (350 °F).
  • Wash the zucchini and cut sticks.
  • Toss in olive oil, herbs, garlic powder.
  • Take a baking tray and lay parchment paper.
  • Put the zucchini sticks and top some grated parmesan and 3 cloves of garlic.
  • Bake 15 minutes until soft and crispy.
  • Serve immediately as a great side dish.
