Air fryer broccoli recipe

Air fryer broccoli topped with nuts and coated in olive oil and lemon juice is a simple appetiser paired perfectly with everything.

Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli chopped florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes at 180 C (350F).
  • Take a cutting board and attentively cut the florets, wash them, and pat dry.
  • Take the air fryer basket and place parchment pepper in it. Add the broccoli florets and pour in olive oil. Season to taste.
  • Cook for 7 minutes at 180C (350F).
  • Take a platter and place the broccoli. Optional top pine nuts or any others you have.
  • Enjoy!
