Grilled apricots with brie, prosciuto and honey

The totally opposite tastes of sweet-sour and salty notes meet in this recipe to surprise your taste buds. Also, the versatile textures of apricots, Brie cheese, and prosciutto simply melt in the mouth, leaving a refined and extremely delectable aftertaste.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 medium apricots
  • 4 slices prosciutto crudo
  • 4 oz brie cheese
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp pink pepper

Instructions

  • Wash and slice the apricots into 2 parts, remove the kernels
  • Grease the inner part of the apricot halves with olive oil, use a kitchen brush
  • Heat a grill skillet and grill the apricot halves face down for 2-3 minutes
  • Slice the brie cheese into small parts, and tear the prosciutto slices into smaller pieces
  • Gently top each grilled apricot half with a piece of brie, prosciutto and coat it with a bit of honey, and sprinkle with pink pepper
  • Enjoy!
