  • 1 burrata cheese
  • 1 cup peas
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

Drain through the sieve, and the obtained oil is ready to be served over the salad.
